What are career development events (CDEs)?

Career Development Events (CDEs) are competitive events that provide students the opportunity to showcase and apply their agricultural skills and knowledge in various areas. These events are designed to enhance learning and develop important competencies that are essential for success in agricultural careers. Through participation in CDEs, students engage with real-world scenarios that deepen their understanding of agricultural principles, improve their problem-solving abilities, and enhance their communication and leadership skills.
